Early Childhood Education Diploma Program
Partnership: Red River College Polytechnic
Length: 16 months
What You’ll Do: Learn about child development, design early learning activities, and complete multiple practicum placements.
Where it leads: Early Childhood Educator positions in childcare centres, preschools, Head Start programs, and beyond.
Adult Education & Employment Program (AEEP)
Partnership: Seven Oaks School Division
Length: 10 months
What You’ll Do: earn G12 credits, strengthen reading, writing, math, and digital skills, and build confidence for the workplace.
Where it leads: High school graduation, postsecondary studies, or direct entry into employment.
Educational Assistant Certificate Program
Partnership: Red River College Polytechnic
Length: 10 months
What You’ll Do: Train to support students in classrooms, develop inclusive education strategies, and complete a school-based practicum.
Where it leads: Educational Assistant positions in K–12 schools, with opportunities to grow in the field of education.
Family Support Worker Certificate Program
Partnership: Red River College Polytechnic
Length: 10 months
What You’ll Do: Gain skills in family services, case management, and community support work with a strong cultural foundation.
Where it leads: Case aide and family support worker positions in community organizations, government, and non-profits.
Pre-Apprenticeship Program
Partnership: Seven Oaks School Division / Career Ready
Length: 10 months
What You’ll Do: Explore trades like carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and more while strengthening math and workplace skills. Includes real job site placements.
Where it leads: Entry into apprenticeship programs and the skilled trades sector.
Health Care Aide / Health Unit Clerk Dual Certificate Program
Partnership: Red River College Polytechnic
Length: 10 months
What You’ll Do: Prepare for two in-demand careers with training in both personal care (Health Care Aide) and hospital/clinic administration (Health Unit Clerk). Includes clinical and office-based practicums.
Where it leads: Jobs in hospitals, personal care homes, health centres, or as a stepping stone into further health education.
